Massage for babies increases circulation, enhances the immune system, promotes more restful sleep, relieves colic, improves digestion, and helps motor skills. Massaging your baby can help them understand more about their bodies and their position in space. This is important for the development of sensory processing integration that nurtures all their senses and is essential for neurological and physical development.  

Bring your infant's favorite blanket and toy. We will set up everyone to be as comfortable and relaxed as possible. I will go over a short handout with you covering the benefits of massage for infants. We will go through an infant massage sequence trying different strokes.
