Here's what you can expect:

I will come to your home for your Belly Binding and Womb Massage session. Your session will start with pelvic balancing and various massage techniques to nurture the space surrounding the womb. I will teach you how to wrap yourself, let you practice, and I will wrap you again before I leave. There is a proper way to wear your belly bind. It is extremely important I give you this knowledge when showing you how to wrap yourself. We will work with your body to help bring you optimal health and balance.
